WCB #62 -- "Helper" Kitty

So there I was, fiddling with the camera and trying to get a shot of what I think will be the last big blueberry glut of the summer, when -- orange blur dashed through the frame.

Of course it was Widget. At any given time, it's a good bet that he's somewhere he's not supposed to be. He probably thinks he's being helpful. Or, being Widget, he thinks he's being UNhelpful and that pleases him to no end.

This installment of Weekly Cat Blogging is hosted by Heather at Heather's Space. Go see all the other furbeasts -- hopefully in more detail than mine!

LOL - Mine would have been helping in another way - those little round blue things would ROLL SO WELL....just scooop 'em out and away you go... :-) Tina

Kitty help is the bestest kind. Those blue ballies do look like good toys!

Wow - what a photo! I absolutely love it. You couldn't have planned it if you tried. ;-)

I'll be so sad when the blueberries are gone this year - they've been so plump and sweet.

lol - This sounds like my kitchen. I have some very culinarily (is that a word?!?) curious cats. They show up in my pictures sometimes, too. BTW, I'm so glad I just found your blog!

Tina, seriously, I count myself lucky that things didn't go that way.

    I know, Ellie, it's a bird! It's a plane! It's...Widget!

Hiya Victor! They turn everything *else* into a toy, why not fruit...

Thanks Karina! I too will be sad when the berries are gone...I think I've eaten half of Maine's crop this year.

Welcome, Jennifer! Glad to know my cats aren't the only feline chefs in the world!

Thanks Bonnie! Sadly I didn't get my act in gear in time today, but the cats'll be back...
